Lechelle L. Ramirez is a Christian Counselor, Transformation Coach, Pastor, Prophet, author, speaker, and Apostolic Midwife committed to helping individuals heal, understand who God created them to be, reclaim their voice, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Lechelle's life is a testimony of God's redemption, restoration, and transforming grace. Her personal journey through adversity has deeply shaped the way she serves others—but her story is not centered on what happened to her. It is centered on what God can do through surrender, healing, truth, and obedience.

Today, Lechelle is the Founder and Chief Executive of Becoming Unapologetically You Inc. (BUYI), a faith-centered organization providing Christian counseling, coaching, biblical teaching, personal-growth resources, community initiatives, and transformational experiences designed to help people become who God created them to be.

​

Her approach recognizes that lasting transformation often requires more than addressing one area of life. Through Christian counseling, biblical principles, temperament-informed insight, coaching strategies, guided reflection, accountability, prayer, and spiritual development, Lechelle helps individuals better understand themselves, identify patterns, confront barriers to growth, and take intentional steps toward healing and wholeness.

Christian Counseling & Temperament

 

Lechelle is a Certified Spiritual Christian Counselor who integrates Scripture and Christian counseling principles into her work while maintaining a clear distinction between faith-based counseling and licensed clinical mental-health treatment.

​

As part of her continued professional development in Christian counseling, Lechelle also incorporates a temperament framework to help individuals develop greater self-awareness and understand emotional needs, relational patterns, communication styles, strengths, and areas for personal and spiritual growth.

Rather than viewing temperament as a label, she uses it as one tool for understanding the unique way an individual has been created and how that understanding can support healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, personal accountability, and greater emotional and spiritual maturity.

Her philosophy is simple: when you begin to understand how you are wired, you can become more intentional about how you heal, communicate, grow, and relate to others.

Coaching & Transformation

 

As a certified Transformation, Life, and Divorce Coach, Lechelle works with individuals who are navigating transition, rebuilding after difficult seasons, pursuing personal goals, strengthening their identity, or seeking accountability as they move toward their next chapter.

​

Her coaching approach is practical, direct, compassionate, and faith-centered. Clients are encouraged not only to identify where they want to go, but also to examine the beliefs, habits, fears, patterns, and unresolved areas that may be influencing how they move forward.

​

Lechelle believes transformation requires both revelation and responsibility: understanding what needs to change and becoming willing to participate in that change.

​

Apostolic Midwifery

 

Lechelle also serves as an Apostolic Midwife, helping individuals recognize, nurture, and bring forth what God has placed within them.

​

Her Apostolic Midwifery work is centered on spiritual development, identity, obedience, transition, purpose, and the process of becoming. Through biblical teaching, prayer, discernment, accountability, and guided support, she helps individuals navigate seasons in which God is calling them to surrender what was, embrace what He is developing, and faithfully steward what He is bringing forth.

For Lechelle, midwifery is not about creating someone's purpose for them. It is about helping them recognize what God has already placed within them and supporting them as they prepare to walk it out.

Ministry & Leadership

 

Lechelle is ordained in ministry and serves faithfully alongside her husband through Living Like Jesus Now Ministries, where she preaches, teaches, counsels, disciples, and serves in pastoral and prophetic ministry.

Her ministry is rooted in biblical truth, accountability, spiritual maturity, and an unwavering belief that people should be pointed toward Jesus rather than made dependent upon personalities, platforms, or titles.

She carries a particular burden for individuals who have experienced rejection, identity struggles, painful transitions, silencing, or seasons in which they have questioned their worth or their ability to begin again.

Education & Professional Development

 

Lechelle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, and is a member of the Delta Epsilon Tau Honor Society. Her ministry education includes an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor of Pastoral Leadership, a Bachelor of Biblical Studies, and a Master of Ministry (M.Min.) in Biblical Teaching and Leadership.

​

She continues advanced study and professional development in Christian counseling, temperament, biblical psychology, human behavior, pastoral care, and personal transformation as she expands the counseling and educational work of Becoming Unapologetically You Inc.

​

Her commitment to education is not simply about accumulating credentials. She believes responsible service requires continued learning, ethical boundaries, accountability, and knowing when an individual's needs require referral to an appropriately licensed medical or mental-health professional.

Author, Speaker & Podcast Host

 

Lechelle is also an author and speaker whose work explores identity, healing, faith, personal development, purpose, and becoming.

​

She is the host of the Becoming Unapologetically You Podcast, where biblical teaching and honest conversations create space for people navigating healing, uncertainty, identity, transition, and the often-uncomfortable process of becoming who God has called them to be.

​

Her published works include resources centered on identity, spiritual growth, healing, fasting, personal reflection, and transformation, including Becoming Unapologetically You and The Birthing Room: Becoming Her.

Community & Advocacy

 

Through Becoming Unapologetically You Inc., Lechelle also develops initiatives designed to serve women and the broader community. This includes The Rack Women's Clothing Initiative, which helps women and young ladies access professional attire as they transition into employment, entrepreneurship, and new seasons of life.

She remains committed to creating spaces where people can receive encouragement, practical resources, accountability, biblical truth, and opportunities to grow without being pressured to pretend that they already have everything figured out.
